This lady went way above and beyond any REALTOR I have ever had. She had someone see that the garden was weeded. My trees were pruned and ground cover was put down to look manicured. Also she had all the debris hauled away. No charge!. Out of the goodness of her heart she did all this for me. She sold my mobile home for top dollar. She kept in touch with me and kept me informed all along the way. She still keeps in touch with me! I can't sing her praises enough! Oh and she kept me sweetened with chocolates! Being first time homebuyers is overwhelming anywhere....but in the Lower Mainland!!!! My partner ad I were ready for a long, bloody uphill battle and a rollercoaster of emotions. Enter Faye Erbe! The only blood, sweat, and tears shed were hers as she expertly navigated us from initial information gathering (what are we looking for/where/budget) to home inspection to closure and beyond (even now, months after we have closed, she is checking in on us like the guardian angel she truly is).
